The "number needed to harm (which means the number of people needed to be treated with SSRI's before one case of harmful gastrointestinal bleeding connected to SSRI use) is 3177, and the overall increased risk (above the normal risk of bleeding) is 36%. More info here: SSRI use and bleeding risk
